This service is for creating a custom wedding video design using pre-made video templates, personalized with your provided photos, text, and branding style.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- 1 completed wedding video only (based on a selected template)
- Custom editing of your chosen template with your provided content
- Final video delivered in high-quality digital format (MP4)
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide All Content
To ensure a smooth and accurate design, you must provide all content before work begins, including:
- Names of couple
- Wedding date, venue, and event details
- All written text (if any additional wording is required)
- Photos to be used in the video (high quality recommended)
- Music choice (if applicable or if you want a specific song style)
- Style preference (e.g. elegant, romantic, cinematic, modern, minimal, etc.)
⚠️ No copywriting, writing of vows, or content creation is included. All text must be fully provided by the client.
How This Service Works
- You select or agree on a single available video template style
- The template is then customized using your provided images and information
- No alternative video versions or multiple concepts are included
What Is Included
- Customization of 1 wedding video template only
- Photo placement, text animation, and layout adjustment
- Basic color and styling adjustments to match theme
- Background music integration (client-provided or template-based)
- Final exported video file (MP4 format)
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
- Multiple video concepts or variations
- Custom animation from scratch (outside template structure)
- Scriptwriting or content creation
- Photo editing or professional retouching
- Unlimited revisions
- Physical delivery or printed materials
Revisions & Limits
- This service includes minor revisions only (e.g. small text corrections, timing adjustments, or minor image swaps)
- Major changes (new template, full restructure, or replacing large portions of content) are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The final video is based strictly on the template and content you provide
- Delays or errors may occur if information provided is incomplete or unclear
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute

- Turnaround time depends on workload and completeness of provided content
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
