1. Order Placement & Requirements

1.1 Advance Payment:

All orders must be paid in full before any work is initiated. This requirement protects our business from incomplete transactions, non-collection of goods, and customer inactivity.

1.2 Custom Orders – Mandatory Specifications:

Customers are required to provide accurate sizes, design files, and all necessary specifications before production begins.

  • If a size is not provided, Graphink cannot proceed with the order. We will not estimate or guess sizing.
  • If no usable design file is supplied, a design fee will be applied.
  • Images of products or mockups are not accepted as design files. Proper, print-ready artwork must be submitted.

1.3 Printing Limitations:

Graphink may have production limitations depending on the requested product or design. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us in advance to confirm that their intended product can be produced.

2. Production & Quality

2.1 Digital Mockups:

All orders are approved using digital mockups. Final products may vary slightly from the digital representation due to material, color, and printing constraints.

2.2 Handmade Variation (Custom Items):

All custom orders involve handmade processes. As a result, products may not be 100% identical between batches or individual items. Slight variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

3.1 Refund Policy:

Graphink does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3.2 Order Cancellation:

Orders may only be canceled before printing or production has begun.

Once printing has started, no cancellations, alterations, or credits will be issued.

3.3 Returns:

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

4. Collection & Store Access

4.1 No Walk-In Service:

Graphink does not operate a walk-in store. Customers may not arrive at our private location or remain on-site while their order is being completed.

4.2 Collection Procedure:

Customers will be contacted with collection instructions once their order is fully completed. No early or unscheduled collections are permitted.

5. Communication & Responsibility

5.1 Customer Responsiveness:

Customers must remain reachable throughout the order process for approvals, queries, and clarifications. Unresponsive customers may experience delays.

5.2 Accuracy of Information:

Graphink is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Acceptance of Policies

By placing an order with Graphink, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Policy Section.
