Venue/location details
Theme or preferred aesthetic
Wedding colors
All wording/text required for the designs
Photos or inspiration references if applicable
Guest list/seating information for seating chart design
What Is Included
Custom wedding graphic design work
Matching wedding branding across all included items
Standard digital export files
Minor revisions during the design process
Professional layout and formatting

What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
No printing unless purchased separately
No event planning services

Before work begins, all provided information, images, and wording will be checked.
If your files or information:
Are low quality or blurry
Missing important details
Require major editing or recreation
Need resizing or format changes

You have checked spelling, dates, and venue details before approval
Final approval is your responsibility before printing or sharing
We are not responsible for client-provided errors after approval

Major redesigns, additional concepts, or changes after approval may include additional charges.

We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
