What You Will Receive
- 1 custom illustrated portrait based on your provided photo
- Stylized artwork recreated in your chosen art style
- High-quality digital file (PNG/JPG, suitable for print and digital use)
IMPORTANT: What You Must Provide
To complete this service, you must provide:
- A clear reference photo (good lighting and visible face required)
- Your preferred illustration style (e.g. cartoon, semi-realistic, anime, painterly, minimalist, etc.)
- Any specific details or preferences (optional), such as:
- Background color or theme
- Mood or expression adjustments
- Clothing simplification or enhancement
⚠️ The final illustration is based strictly on the provided photo and chosen style.
What Is Included

- Style transformation (not a simple filter — fully redrawn artwork)
- Color and composition adjustments to match chosen style

What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and fair, the following are not included:
- Multiple concept variations
- Multiple final portraits (only 1 subject per order unless specified)
- Changing facial features beyond reasonable artistic interpretation
- Complex background scenes (unless requested as an add-on)
- Major redraws due to a low-quality or unclear reference photo
Revisions & Limits
- No concept stage is included — work is based directly on your photo and chosen style
- After delivery, minor revisions only are allowed (e.g. small color tweaks or minor detail adjustments)
- Major changes (new pose, new photo, or different style) will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The final artwork is based on the photo and instructions you provide
- Image quality and likeness depend on the clarity of the reference photo
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as a reason for dissatisfaction or dispute

We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
