This service is for printing menus using your provided print-ready design.
This is a physical product — your menus will be printed and delivered/collected.
IMPORTANT: No design work is included in this service.
What You Will Receive
Professionally printed menus
Selected size, material, and quantity based on your order
Optional lamination (if selected)
Printed using your supplied design file
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide Print-Ready File
To ensure accurate and high-quality printing, you must provide a fully print-ready file.
Your file must include:
Correct size (A4, A5, or as selected)
Proper layout (single page or folded format if applicable)
3mm bleed on all sides (if design reaches the edge)
High resolution (300 DPI)
Correct alignment and layout
Final, approved content (no placeholders)
Preferred format: PDF (recommended)
Material Options
Standard Paper (budget option)
Photopaper (recommended for durability)
Laminated Photopaper (premium, water-resistant and long-lasting)
What Is Included
High-quality printing of your supplied design
Selected material and finish
Standard trimming to final size
Optional lamination (if selected)
Basic file check (size and format only)
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
No design work or layout adjustments
No fixing of low-quality or incorrect files
No fold setup corrections (if applicable)
No editing of text, colors, or elements
No logo design or branding
No content creation or corrections
File Check & Additional Charges
Before printing, your file will be reviewed.
If your file:
Is low resolution or blurry
Incorrect size or missing bleed
Incorrectly set up for folding
Needs alignment or layout fixes
Requires any edits
A design/setup fee will be charged before printing can proceed.
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
The file you upload is final and print-ready
You have checked all spelling, layout, and details
We are not responsible for errors in the provided file
Printing will proceed based on your submitted design
Reprints & Errors
We are not responsible for errors such as:
Spelling mistakes
Incorrect menu items or pricing
Incorrect layout or formatting in supplied files
Reprints due to client file errors will be charged as a new order.

We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
