This service is for creating a professional menu design using pre-made templates, suitable for restaurants, events, cafés, takeaways, or special occasions.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- 1 completed menu design only (based on a selected template)
- Customized with your provided text, pricing, and branding
- Print-ready digital files (PNG/JPG + PDF if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide All Content
To ensure accuracy and a professional result, you must provide all content before design begins, including:
- Your logo (if applicable)
- Full menu content, including:
- Item names
- Descriptions (if needed)
- Prices
- Categories/sections
- Any images you want included (if applicable)
- Brand colors or style preferences
⚠️ No copywriting, menu structuring, or pricing creation is included. All content must be fully provided by the client.
How This Service Works
- You select or agree on a single available menu template
- The template is customized using your provided content
- No additional design concepts or variations are included
What Is Included
- Customization of 1 menu template only
- Layout of text, pricing, and categories
- Placement of logo and images (if provided)
- Basic color adjustments to match branding
- Formatting for print or digital use
- Final print-ready file delivery
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
- Multiple menu concepts or layout variations
- Custom menu design from scratch
- Writing or editing of menu content
- Logo design or image sourcing
- Unlimited revisions
- Printing or physical delivery
Revisions & Limits
- This service includes minor revisions only (e.g. small text corrections, price updates, spacing adjustments, or color tweaks)
- Major changes (new template, restructuring large portions of the menu, or adding extensive new content) are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The final design is based strictly on the template and content you provide
- Missing or incorrect information may affect the final result
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute

- Turnaround time depends on workload and completeness of provided content
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
