This service is for creating a custom invitation design using pre-made templates, suitable for any occasion including parties, funerals, farewells, bachelor/bachelorette events, baby showers, kids parties, and more.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- 1 completed invitation design only (based on a selected template)
- Customised with your provided text, images, and theme
- High-quality digital file (PNG/JPG + PDF if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide All Content
To ensure an accurate and professional result, you must provide all information before design begins, including:
- Event type (e.g. birthday, funeral, baby shower, etc.)
- Full event details:
- Names
- Date and time
- Venue / address
- RSVP details (if applicable)
- All wording exactly as it should appear
- Any images you want included (if applicable)
- Preferred colours or theme/style
⚠️ No copywriting or wording creation is included. All text must be fully provided by the client.
How This Service Works
- You select or agree on a single available invitation template
- The template is customised using your provided details
- No alternative designs or multiple versions are included
What Is Included
- Customisation of 1 invitation template only
- Placement of text, images, and event details
- Basic colour adjustments to match your theme
- Layout alignment and formatting
- Final digital file ready for print or sharing
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
- Multiple invitation concepts or variations
- Custom designs from scratch
- Writing or editing of invitation text
- Logo or illustration design
- Unlimited revisions
- Printing or physical delivery
Revisions & Limits
- This service includes minor revisions only (e.g. small text corrections, spacing, or colour tweaks)
- Major changes (new template, new layout direction, or replacing large portions of content) are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The final design is based strictly on the template and information you provide
- Missing or incorrect details may affect the final result
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute

- No physical item will be shipped
- Final files are delivered electronically
- Turnaround time depends on workload and completeness of provided content
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
We do not accept returns only cancelations before production has started.
