This service is for creating a professional flyer design using existing layout templates, customised with your branding, images, and text.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- 1 completed flyer design only (based on a selected template)
- Customisation of your chosen template using your provided content
- Print-ready digital files (PNG/JPG + PDF if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide All Content
To ensure a successful design, you must provide all content before work begins, including:
- Logo (required)
- All written text (headline, event details, pricing, dates, etc.)
- Images you want included (if any)
- Brand colours or style preferences (if applicable)
- Any social media handles, contact details, or QR codes
⚠️ No copywriting or content creation is included. All text must be fully provided by the client.
How This Service Works
- You select or agree on a single available template style
- The design is then customised using your provided branding and content
- No additional layout concepts or alternative versions are included
What Is Included
- Customisation of 1 flyer template only
- Placement of your logo, text, and images
- Basic colour adjustments to match branding
- Layout alignment and formatting for print or digital use
- Final print-ready file delivery
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
- Multiple flyer concepts or variations
- Template redesigns or custom layouts from scratch
- Writing or editing of provided text
- Logo creation or image sourcing
- Unlimited revisions
- Printing or physical delivery
Revisions & Limits
- This service includes minor revisions only (e.g. small text corrections, spacing adjustments, or colour tweaks)
- Major changes (new template, new design direction, or replacing large portions of content) are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The final design is based strictly on the template and content you provide
- Missing or incorrect information may affect the final result
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute

- No physical item will be shipped
- Final files are delivered electronically
- Turnaround time depends on workload and completeness of provided content
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
