Custom Poster Design – Concept + Final Design (Digital Only)
This service is for creating a custom poster design from scratch for personal, promotional, or business use.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- Up to 3 poster concepts (sketch or layout-level drafts) based on your instructions
- 1 final poster design based on your chosen concept
- Final artwork delivered in high-quality digital format (PNG/JPG + print-ready file if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Your Instructions Matter
This service is fully based on the information you provide.
To ensure your poster matches your vision, you must include:
- A clear description of what the poster is for (event, product, promotion, etc.)
- Text content to be included (headline, details, dates, etc.)
- Style preference (e.g. modern, bold, minimal, cinematic, vintage, etc.)
- Colors, mood, or theme
- Any images, branding, or reference examples (strongly recommended)
If instructions are vague, limited, or unclear, the designer will use creative discretion.
Dissatisfaction due to missing or unclear instructions is not the designer’s responsibility.
What Is Included
- Up to 3 layout concepts for your poster
- Selection of 1 concept to be developed into a final design
- Typography, layout, and visual composition design
- Basic image and graphic integration (if provided or required)
- Minor refinements to the final selected design
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service fair and manageable, the following are not included:
- Unlimited concepts or revisions
- Full branding identity packages
- Copywriting or writing of poster text (client must provide content)
- Major redesigns after final concept selection
- Printing or physical delivery
Revisions & Limits
- You will receive a maximum of 3 initial poster concepts
- You must choose 1 concept for final development
- After final delivery, minor revisions only are included (small text, spacing, or color adjustments)
- Major changes or new direction requests will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The design will be based only on the information provided by you
- Missing or unclear instructions may affect the final outcome
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute

We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
We do not accept returns only cancelations before production has started.
