Custom Illustration & Character Design – Concept + Final Artwork (Digital Only)
This service is for creating a custom illustration or character design from scratch, starting with concept exploration and ending with one final artwork.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- Up to 3 original concepts (sketch-level) based on your instructions
- 1 final illustration based on your chosen concept
- Final artwork delivered in high-quality digital format (PNG/JPG + source file if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Your Instructions Matter
This service is fully based on the information you provide.
To ensure you receive artwork that matches your vision, you must include:
- A clear and detailed description of your idea
- Purpose of the illustration (e.g. product, branding, content, etc.)
- Style preference (e.g. cartoon, realistic, anime, minimal, detailed, etc.)
- Colors, mood, or theme
- Character details (if applicable: appearance, clothing, personality, pose, etc.)
- Any reference images or inspiration (strongly recommended)
If instructions are vague, limited, or unclear, the artist will use creative discretion.
Dissatisfaction due to missing or unclear instructions is not the artist’s responsibility.
What Is Included
- Up to 3 sketch-level concepts to explore different ideas
- Development of 1 selected concept into a final illustration
- Clean, polished artwork based on the approved direction
- Minor refinements to the final piece
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service fair and manageable, the following are not included:
- More than 3 concepts
- Multiple final illustrations
- Unlimited revisions
- Animation or motion graphics
- Major changes after the concept has been selected
- Requests that significantly change the original brief
Revisions & Limits
- You will receive a maximum of 3 sketch concepts
- You must choose 1 concept to be developed into the final artwork
- After final artwork is delivered, minor revisions only are allowed (e.g. small color, detail, or adjustment changes)
- Major changes or new ideas after concept selection are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The work will be based only on the information you provide
- Requests that were not clearly communicated before work begins cannot be used as a reason for dissatisfaction or dispute
Important Notes
- This is a digital-only service
- No physical item will be shipped
- Final files are delivered electronically
- Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
We do not accept returns only cancelations before production has started.
