Custom Business Card Design – Digital Service
This service is for creating a professional business card design from scratch using your provided branding and information.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- Up to 3 business card design concepts (layout-level drafts) based on your instructions
- 1 final business card design based on your chosen concept
- Print-ready digital files (PNG/JPG + PDF if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Client Must Provide All Information
To ensure a professional and accurate design, you must provide:
- Your logo (required)
- Full business details, including:
- Name and surname
- Job title / position
- Phone number
- Email address
- Physical address (if needed)
- Website or social media (if applicable)
- Preferred style (e.g. modern, luxury, minimal, bold, corporate, etc.)
- Brand colors or guidelines (if available)
⚠️ No content writing is included. All text must be provided by the client before design begins.
What Is Included
- Up to 3 layout concepts for your business card
- Custom arrangement of typography, logo placement, and branding
- Front and back design (if required)
- Minor adjustments to spacing, colours, and layout
- Print-ready formatting
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service clear and efficient, the following are not included:
- Logo design or logo editing
- Copywriting or creating business details
- Branding identity packages
- Unlimited concepts or revisions
- Printing or physical delivery
Revisions & Limits
- You will receive a maximum of 3 initial design concepts
- You must choose 1 concept for final development
- After final delivery, minor revisions only are included (e.g. small text corrections, spacing, or color tweaks)
- Major redesigns or new directions are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All design work is based strictly on the information provided by you
- Missing, incorrect, or incomplete information may affect the final result
- Requests not included in the original brief cannot be used as grounds for dissatisfaction or dispute
Important Notes
- This is a digital-only service
- No physical item will be shipped
- Final files are delivered electronically
- Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity and workload.
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
We do not accept returns only cancelations before production has started.
