This service is for creating a custom, complex logo from scratch, including detailed illustrations, mascots, or intricate design elements.
This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.
What You Will Receive
- Up to 3 original logo concepts based on your instructions
- Final selected logo in high-quality digital format (PNG/JPG + vector file if applicable)
IMPORTANT: Your Instructions Matter
This service is fully based on the information you provide.
To ensure you receive a design you’re happy with, you must include:
- A clear and detailed description of your logo idea
- Preferred style (e.g. illustrative, bold, modern, vintage, mascot, etc.)
- Colors you want (or don’t want)
- Font style (if applicable)
- Any reference images or inspiration (strongly recommended for complex designs)
If instructions are vague, limited, or unclear, the designer will use creative discretion.
Dissatisfaction due to missing or unclear instructions is not the designer’s responsibility.
What Is Included
- Custom illustrated logo concepts
- Mascots, characters, or detailed graphics
- Complex compositions and layered design elements
- Custom typography (if required)
- Color, layout, and stylistic refinement
What Is NOT Included
To keep the service fair and manageable, the following are not included:
- Unlimited concepts or revisions
- Full branding packages (social media kits, business cards, etc.)
- Animation or motion graphics
- Requests that significantly change the original concept after delivery
Revisions & Limits
- You will receive a maximum of 3 logo concepts
- After selecting one concept, minor to moderate revisions are allowed (color adjustments, small detail refinements, minor layout changes)
- Major redesigns, new concepts, or significant changes to the original brief are not included and will require a new order
Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The designs will be based only on the information you provide
- Requests that were not clearly communicated before design work begins cannot be used as a reason for dissatisfaction or dispute
Important Notes
- This is a digital-only service
- No physical item will be shipped
- Final files are delivered electronically
Complex designs may require a longer turnaround time
We offer different shipping options online like The Courier Guy flat rate or Pudo or Pargo collection point. You can also collect for free from our Kempton or Brakpan collection point. Shipping is free for orders above R1500.
We do not accept returns only cancelations before production has started.
